All forms provide 2FA authentication to verify authenticity of the crowdsourced annotators. Additionally, publically hosted Servers are provided with SSL encryption and sufficient password hashing. Signing in follow OWASP protocol and takes care of all proper developer checks for the web.
Is there a mobile app available for your platform?
Currently the website can be used in a mobile device, however this mode is currently still in development and has bit more quirks. The company prides itself on the desktop user experience and plans to make this the priority supported option for both users and annotators. There is no current plan to provide a mobile app for project creators.
Can I customize the workflow to match our company’s deal process?
Yes, our platform is highly customizable with the enterprise plan. Given the opportunity, we would love to work with you and provide an affordable experience with even more features. We can work with many cloud providers and help with data needs both in highly technical areas.
Do you support HIPPA and high security data?
Currently we are not supporting high risk data, but if given the opportunity we can help you anonymize the data to stil get the annotations you want without sacrificing on the privacy of your submitters. We are committed to a secure form of data collection without the headache.
Can I integrate with plaforms like Hugging Face and Kaggle?
Yes, our solution integrates with Hugging Face and Kaggle to provide fluid data imports. This allows for annotators to work against datasets from these platforms without a long download/upload time on the customer-end.
